Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect sizing, change of mind, or failure to read product descriptions.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us with your order number. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement item, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BADGRLSOCIETY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate their package.
